Wet and Wintry Halloween: AccuWeather Predicts Mixed Bag of Weather for Trick-or-Treaters

According to AccuWeather's latest forecast, the weather conditions for Halloween 2025 will vary significantly across the United States. While much of the country is expected to have favorable weather for trick-or-treating, some regions will face less than ideal conditions.
The Pacific Northwest, including parts of western Washington, is predicted to see showers on October 31st. Similarly, areas from the Upper Midwest into the Great Lakes, as well as across the northern and central Appalachians, are also likely to experience rainfall. Northwest Minnesota and portions of the Dakotas can even expect a mix of rain and snow.
In contrast, the Southwest, including parts of California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona, will enjoy warm temperatures on Halloween. AccuWeather meteorologists also forecast pleasant conditions in much of Montana and Wyoming.
The Southeast and East Coast, stretching from Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma, are expected to see cool temperatures on the spooky holiday. However, Texas is predicted to remain dry, with only a chance of a few late-night showers in the northern and western parts of the state.
