As the UK prepares for the arrival of winter, a warm spell is on the horizon for early November. According to the latest weather forecasts, temperatures are set to rise in the coming days, with one region of England potentially basking in a balmy 17°C on Wednesday.
Londoners can look forward to a pleasant 17°C, while much of the southeast will enjoy temperatures ranging between 15°C and 16°C. The Midlands, Cornwall, and Devon are expected to see average temperatures hovering between 13°C and 14°C, while further north, temperatures should remain between 13°C and 15°C, though Scotland will experience cooler conditions.
However, the respite from the chill may be short-lived, as the Met Office predicts unsettled weather with rain on Monday and Tuesday, followed by strong winds in the west. The changeable and occasionally unsettled weather is expected to persist through the first half of November, with the potential for drier and more settled conditions towards the end of the month.
