SD Storms Brew: Wind, Hail Threatens KELOLAND

Showers and thunderstorms developed in western South Dakota this afternoon and are expected to spread into central and eastern KELOLAND tonight. There is a marginal risk for severe weather in central, north-central, northeastern, and southeastern KELOLAND, with wind and hail being the primary concerns.
Monday is anticipated to bring a brief break to central and eastern KELOLAND, though some showers may occur in the west. A conditional marginal risk for severe weather exists in eastern and southeastern KELOLAND if atmospheric "caps" can be broken, with wind and hail again as the main threats.
Tuesday will see increased rain and storm activity in western KELOLAND, with a slight risk for severe weather across most of the western part of the state. A marginal risk extends as far east as Aberdeen. The latter half of the week looks unsettled with daily chances for showers and thunderstorms through at least Friday.
