However, the Met office stated that heavy spells are unlikely due to the absence of any major system. Meanwhile, districts such as Murshidabad, Nadia, and East Burdwan are still experiencing thunderstorms and rain.
The monsoon trough has moved southwards and will not have an immediate impact on the city's weather. Maximum relative humidity reached 95% on Saturday. The mercury is projected to rise by a degree, reaching approximately 32°C on Sunday.
