Wilmington could see 12 to 18 inches, Dover 8 to 12 inches, and Bethany Beach 6 to 8 inches. Forecasters also warn of potential disruptions from freezing rain, with accumulations of 0.1 to 0.25 inches expected along the I-95 corridor and southern Delaware.
