As of March 5, the sixth day of the war, scores of lives have been lost across West Asia following U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran. The conflict has rapidly expanded, drawing in Gulf states hosting U.S. bases and Lebanon.
Iran has reported the highest death toll, with 1,045 individuals killed. Among these were 175 schoolgirls and staff who perished in a missile strike targeting a primary school in Minab on the war's first day.
Israel has confirmed 10 civilian fatalities, including nine in an Iranian missile strike near Jerusalem. Lebanon's health ministry stated 77 people died in Israeli strikes. Other nations reporting casualties include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, the UAE, Syria, and Iraq, with a total of over 1,100 deaths across the region.
