Donetsk Region, a persistent focal point of clashes, saw significant damage to an apartment building in Kramatorsk, causing one death. An adjacent village also reported one casualty from a Russian strike. Additionally, a village in Mykolaiv Region, near the Black Sea coast, suffered a sustained attack that killed a 3-year-old child.
