In the southeastern city of Zaporizhzhia, five guided bombs struck apartment buildings and a medical facility. These attacks resulted in 15 injuries and extensive damage, as evidenced by images of shattered residential blocks. Zaporizhzhia has faced increasing Russian attacks in recent months, despite Ukrainian forces controlling substantial parts of the annexed region.
Further east, in Sloviansk, a city targeted by Russia in the Donetsk region, two aerial bombs impacted residential areas. The strikes injured 14 people and damaged seven apartment buildings. One building in Sloviansk sustained catastrophic damage, with an entire section collapsing, illustrating the severity of the aerial assaults.
