Russia Unleashes Massive Drone Barrage Across Ukraine

Russian armed forces conducted extensive overnight drone strikes on September 25, affecting several Ukrainian regions. Major cities and surrounding areas, including Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa, were targeted. In the capital, Kyiv, drone impacts damaged residential buildings and other structures, leading to injuries and one fatality, a teenager. The Kyiv region also experienced strikes that ignited fires at a woodworking plant and warehouses.

Further south, the Zaporizhzhia region reported damage to a hospital building and residential areas due to drone attacks, with two individuals sustaining injuries. The Odesa region was also hit, resulting in one death and one injury. Infrastructure such as a postal terminal and warehouses were damaged, and a private home caught fire. Russia's Ministry of Defense asserted that the strikes targeted Ukrainian drone assembly sites and military facilities.
