A viral video captured the emotional plea of six-year-old Ayoub Juneid from Gaza, who was in tears over his broken specialized glasses. Ayoub's ability to see is severely impaired without them. He also suffers from a neurological condition that cannot be treated within Gaza.

Thousands of children like Ayoub require medical evacuation for necessary treatment. However, such evacuations have become exceedingly scarce in the eight months since the ceasefire, leaving many children in critical need of external medical care and support.
