Microsoft had previously increased its Game Pass pricing in October, with the top-tier option seeing a significant rise.
This development follows Amazon's earlier launch of Xbox Game Pass support on its streaming gadgets last July. Microsoft also offers its Xbox app on smart TVs from other manufacturers like LG and Samsung. A compatible controller, such as those from Microsoft or Sony, is required to play.
