Vivo made a significant appearance at MWC with the reveal of its upcoming flagship, the X300 Ultra. This device marks a new era for the company's Ultra line, as it has been confirmed that the X300 Ultra will be the first model in the series to be released in global markets, ending its prior exclusivity to China.
The X300 Ultra will feature a notable 200-megapixel telephoto camera. To further enhance its photographic capabilities, Vivo introduced the Telephoto Extender Gen2 Ultra, an optional lens co-engineered with Zeiss. This new extender boasts an impressive 400mm equivalent focal length, a significant upgrade from the previous generation's 200mm.
Complementing the camera hardware, Vivo also presented professional-grade accessories. These include a redesigned camera grip case and a new "pro-grade" camera cage developed in collaboration with SmallRig. The cage is equipped with multiple mounts, physical controls for shutter and zoom, and a cooling fan, indicating Vivo's focus on attracting professional photographers and videographers with the X300 Ultra.
