Sony is rumored to be releasing its new XM6 earbuds this week, following a recent leak that detailed specifications and pricing. These high-end earbuds are expected to retail for $329.99 in the United States, positioning them as a premium audio device.
The leaks suggest substantial internal improvements. A new QN3e processor is anticipated, offering three times the speed of the processor found in the WF-1000XM5 model. This upgrade is complemented by enhanced speakers and amplifiers.
Furthermore, the XM6 earbuds are expected to feature a total of eight adaptive microphones, an increase from previous models, promising superior noise cancellation and voice clarity. The inclusion of 360-degree audio with head tracking and more equalizer bands is also hinted at, enhancing the immersive listening experience.
