Nuance Audio Plus, a new offering from Nuance Audio, a division of EssilorLuxottica, are smart glasses designed to assist individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss. These glasses integrate FDA-cleared hearing aids into their frames, offering a discreet alternative to traditional hearing devices. Priced at $829, they represent a significant investment but provide enhanced sound boosting and voice clarity.

The Audio Plus model boasts up to 10 hours of battery life, with a sleep mode activated when folded and wireless charging options. They closely resemble standard eyeglasses, available in three styles and five colors. A companion smartphone app allows users to adjust settings, including speech clarity enhancements and environmental noise filtering across four levels. Two primary audio modes, 'Frontal' for conversations and 'All-Around' for general sound amplification, are available.
