Summary
- The tablet features a large 14.6-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

- A major drawback is the single USB-C port, limiting connectivity for productivity.
The Samsung S12 Ultra presents a colossal 14.6-inch OLED display, a feature that initially seems excessive. Yet, its remarkably slim 5.1mm profile and a mere 692-gram weight make this expansive screen feel surprisingly manageable, offering a unique blend of absurdity and innovation.
The tablet's construction boasts a strong aluminum frame, demonstrating minimal flex even under pressure. Its slim bezels are thoughtfully designed, providing ample grip space without accidental screen touches, though the selfie camera necessitates a small bump on one edge.
Visually, the display is a standout, delivering bright, colorful, and smooth visuals thanks to its 120Hz variable refresh rate and 1,600 nits peak brightness. An under-display fingerprint reader adds convenient biometric security.
Despite its impressive specifications and sleek build, the S12 Ultra falls short as a true laptop alternative due to its limited connectivity. The inclusion of only a single USB-C port is a significant drawback, with users likely desiring additional ports like another USB-C or a microSD card reader for enhanced productivity.
