Samsung unveiled its new Galaxy S26 series at an event in San Francisco. The lineup includes the S26, starting at $899.99, the S26 Plus at $1,099.99, and the premium S26 Ultra at $1,299.99. While offering a wider price range than last year, the hardware updates are considered minor by many.
The base Galaxy S26 sees a $100 price hike, now starting at $899.99, but doubles storage to 256GB. However, this model now lacks mmWave 5G and features a slightly larger 6.3-inch screen and bigger battery. The S26 Plus offers fewer upgrades despite its price increase. All new phones are available for preorder starting today, February 25th, with shipping expected on March 11th.
In addition to the phones, Samsung also announced the upcoming Galaxy Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro. These new audio devices are also available for preorder on February 25th, with their release date set for March 11th.
