Realme UI 7.0 Debuts with AI-Powered Features and Sleek Glass Design

In the latest development, Realme has officially announced the release of its next operating system update, Realme UI 7.0, which is built on Android 16. According to the company, this update will bring a host of new features that leverage artificial intelligence (AI), refined design elements, and a seamless ecosystem, aiming to provide an elevated user experience.

One of the standout features of Realme UI 7.0 is its new "Light Glass Design," which draws inspiration from glass textures to deliver an interface characterized by transparency, depth, and fluidity. The update also introduces "ice cube" icons, replacing the previous flat design, and a "misty glass" control centre that uses a frosted effect for a translucent finish.

Realme UI 7.0 also brings new AI-powered capabilities, such as the AI Notify Brief feature, which summarizes non-urgent notifications and delivers them as personalized morning and evening briefings. This aims to reduce distractions and streamline daily routines. Additionally, the camera app introduces the AI Framing Master tool, which provides users with intelligent composition guidance to help them capture professional-level images.

The update will first debut on the GT 8 Pro and then reach other devices, such as the GT 7 Pro, through a phased rollout beginning in November 2025. Realme has also announced plans to expand its ecosystem by introducing iPhone and Apple Watch Connect, allowing users to sync calls, messages, and health data across devices.
