Realme Casts a Spell with Harry Potter Phone

Realme has launched a special edition Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition, transforming the device into a magical collectible. The phone arrives in a chest-shaped box reminiscent of a Hogwarts trunk, filled with themed accessories like a branded phone case and SIM-ejector tool. Additional goodies include a Hogwarts letter, Platform Nine and Three-Quarters ticket, house bookmarks, and postcards, enhancing the unboxing experience.

The device itself features a dark brown, leather-textured back with gold accents, inspired by wizard's chess and Hedwig's eyes for the camera module. It includes unique elements like a color-changing crest under UV light and "Welcome to Hogwarts" engraving. The software is equally enchanted, with a Harry Potter boot animation, custom lock screen, Hogwarts wallpaper, and over 30 uniquely themed icons.

Under the hood, the Realme 16 Pro 5G boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 6,000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max chip, 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage. The camera system includes a 200MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 50MP front camera.

A substantial 7,000 mAh battery supports 80W fast charging, and it runs a customized Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16. This limited edition, with only 5,000 units produced, is priced at INR 62,999 (~$655) in India and is not available in the US.
