The Viper V4 is equipped with an 8,000-Hz polling rate and an impressive 50,000 DPI, significantly exceeding previous models. A new hemispherical dongle not only improves aesthetics but also provides at-a-glance information through three programmable RGB indicators for connection quality, battery, polling rate, and DPI.
Central to the V4's innovation is Frame Sync, a system that aligns the optical sensor with the computer's polling rate. This technology virtually eliminates latency caused by mismatches, resulting in an average click latency of 0.204 milliseconds and motion latency of 0.36 milliseconds.
