Protean AI Upskills 700+ Employees

Protean eGov Technologies has introduced Future Force AI, a significant employee capability transformation agenda focused on embedding artificial intelligence across all roles and workflows. This initiative positions AI as a fundamental organizational capability, not just a productivity tool. Over 700 employees, comprising over 90% of the workforce, actively participated in a company-wide Experiential AI Learning Lab. This event underscored leadership commitment to an AI-first approach.

The immersive learning sessions emphasized practical AI applications, exploring concepts like prompt engineering and workflow automation. Employees applied AI to real-world business scenarios, integrating it into daily tasks for greater efficiency and accuracy. Harpreet Anand, Protean's CHRO, highlighted the initiative's focus on a mindset shift, noting the 6000+ man-hours invested. He stated that this is the beginning of ongoing capability-building interventions designed to foster digital dexterity and a sustained culture shift.
