On October 17, 2025, Sony revealed an exciting lineup of new games coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog on October 21. The highlight of the October selection is the highly anticipated Silent Hill 2 remake, which will bring the classic 2001 psychological horror title to PlayStation 5 with enhanced visuals and audio.
Alongside the Silent Hill 2 remake, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will also gain access to a remastered version of the 2015 slasher horror game Until Dawn, rebuilt from the ground up for PS5. The game's narrative-driven experience, where players' choices determine the fate of eight friends, is set to thrill players once again.
The October lineup also includes several other notable titles, such as the vampire survival RPG V Rising, which supports solo, co-op, and multiplayer modes; the dynamic RPG Yakuza: Like a Dragon; and a selection of indie games, including Poppy Playtime Chapter 1, As Dusk Falls, and Wizard with a Gun.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers will also be able to enjoy the classic PlayStation title Tekken 3, now enhanced with modern features like up-rendering, rewind functionality, and quick save options.
