- Neo Hybrid headphones twist into a portable Bluetooth speaker.
- Features dual drivers for both headphone and speaker modes.
- Offers up to 200 hours playback in headphone mode.

At CES 2026, audio tech startup Tomorrow Doesn't Matter (TDM) has introduced the Neo Hybrid, a groundbreaking product that functions as both headphones and a portable Bluetooth speaker. The device features a flexible headband that allows it to be rolled into a compact speaker form factor, with no need for software or extra parts.
The innovative design incorporates dual 40mm drivers in each earcup. One driver faces inward for headphone use, while the outward-facing driver activates when the device is transformed into a speaker. This setup ensures a detailed sound profile for headphones and robust volume when used as a room speaker.
The Neo Hybrid supports Bluetooth 6 with multipoint pairing and Auracast, alongside a 3.5mm wired option. It boasts replaceable 1,500mAh batteries, offering up to 200 hours of playback in headphone mode and 10 hours in speaker mode, with USB-C fast charging providing eight hours from a five-minute charge. Available in black and white for $249, it is set to launch on Kickstarter later this month.
