Dreame Technology has officially entered the automotive market with the unveiling of its debut vehicle, the Nebula Next 01 Jet Edition, at its Dreame Next event in San Francisco. This innovative car has quickly captured attention due to its remarkable performance capabilities.
The Nebula Next 01 Jet Edition is equipped with a custom dual solid rocket booster system designed to significantly enhance acceleration. This system can propel the car from 0 to 100 kmph in a mere 0.9 seconds, reacting within 150 milliseconds and generating 100 kN of thrust, all while maintaining safety through electronic controls.
At its core, the vehicle utilizes a sulfide-based all-solid-state battery, boasting an energy density greater than 450 Wh/kg. This battery technology promises improved safety and energy density compared to traditional lithium batteries, with a projected CLTC range exceeding 550 km and being prepped for mass production.
Further technological advancements include a complete steer-by-wire system allowing 14 degrees of freedom for precise control, facilitating complex maneuvers like parallel parking and pivot turns. For intelligent driving, it employs a Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model framework and features a DHX1 LiDAR system with 4,320 lines, offering extensive detection capabilities in various conditions, including a 600-meter peak detection range.
