The popular VR adventure game Moss, along with its sequel, will soon be available in a comprehensive bundle for PC and consoles. Titled Moss: The Forgotten Relic, this collection unites Moss, Moss: Book II, and the Twilight Garden DLC, promising enhanced and reimagined gameplay.
Developed by Polyarc, the games are known for their unique VR mechanics where players simultaneously control a mouse named Quill and influence the game world. The upcoming console and PC versions appear to retain this God-like control over levels, despite adopting a more traditional camera system.
Developers have also introduced new handcrafted cutscenes and a welcome accessibility feature allowing players to bypass challenging combat sequences. This caters to those who prefer to focus on the abundant puzzle-solving elements within the games.
Moss: The Forgotten Relic is slated for release this summer, with availability confirmed for PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Pricing details are yet to be announced.
