Beyond email management, the AI also enhances calendar functionality. Users can prompt Outlook to reschedule meetings, automatically adjust large meetings outside working hours, and generate agendas for specific events. The system can even act as an advisor, suggesting which meetings to decline or how to prepare for upcoming discussions.
