iPhone 18 Pro: Dynamic Island expands to 3 activities!

Apple has introduced the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, representing the company's most advanced smartphones to date. A key highlight of these new devices is the significantly upgraded Dynamic Island feature.

This enhanced Dynamic Island, first seen on the iPhone 15 Pro in 2023, now supports displaying up to three live activities concurrently. While the primary activity will occupy the main portion of the feature, two smaller circular icons will flank it. These smaller icons are designed to function as shortcuts to their respective applications, enabling quicker access for users.

Beyond the Dynamic Island improvements, Apple also announced other features for the iPhone 18 Pro series during its event. These include variable aperture capabilities in the main rear camera, a larger liquid-cooling vapor chamber for better thermal management, and enhancements to battery life and charging speeds.
