This offers a dense configuration featuring 128 physical cores and 256 logical threads, powered by Intel Xeon E5-2660 processors. The system is further enhanced by a massive 1TB DDR3 memory pool, distributed across 32 modules of 32GB each.
Each blade utilizes the Intel C600 chipset and includes an HP Smart Array P220i controller for storage, supporting RAID 0 and 1. Network connectivity is managed via a FlexibleLOM slot, typically offering 10Gb Ethernet. The C7000 chassis itself is a 10U enclosure designed to house up to 16 blades.
