Hisense is set to release its 2026 television range, comprising the U6 and U7 Series, both equipped with MiniLED backlight technology and Quantum Dot color.
The U7 Series is highlighted for offering MiniLED performance typically found in more expensive models. It features Hisense's Hi-QLED MiniLED Pro backlight with full array local dimming, a native 165Hz refresh rate, and is powered by the Hi-View AI Engine Pro for picture enhancement.
This series includes a 50W Dolby Atmos sound system and will be offered in Google TV (U7SG) and Fire TV (U7SF) versions. Sizes range from 55 inches up to a substantial 116 inches.
The U6 TV, also featuring Hi-QLED MiniLED with full array local dimming and Quantum Dot color, includes an AI picture mode and a sound system with an integrated subwoofer. It will be available in sizes from 55 to 100 inches, running on Fire TV.
Following the success of the entry-level QD7, which received CNET's best budget TV award in 2025, these mid-range offerings promise significant value. The TVs are slated for release, with the U6 expected in the coming weeks and both series appearing on Amazon and other retailers soon.
