Summary
- The Pixel 10A starts at $500, offering a budget-friendly option.
- It features a 6.3-inch pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Despite its price, it boasts a large 5,100-mAh battery.
The Google Pixel 10A has been released, offering a budget-conscious choice within the Pixel 10 lineup. This new model starts at $500, positioning it below the Pixel 10 ($800), Pixel 10 Pro ($1,000), and Pixel 10 Pro XL ($1,200).
Key compromises for the lower price include the use of the Tensor G4 processor instead of the Tensor G5 and the inability to use PixelSnap magnetic accessories directly. However, the Pixel 10A still delivers a full-featured experience.
In terms of display, the Pixel 10A mirrors the Pixel 10 with a 6.3-inch pOLED screen, 2,424 x 1,080 resolution, and a 60 to 120 Hertz variable refresh rate.
The camera system comprises a 48-megapixel wide and a 13-megapixel ultrawide rear camera, along with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. It supports 4K video capture.
Surprisingly, the Pixel 10A features a 5,100-mAh battery, larger than the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro batteries. It supports 30W wired fast charging and up to 10W wireless charging.
The phone is equipped with 8GB of RAM and the Google Tensor G4 processor.
