Samsung is gearing up for its early Unpacked event on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco, with new Galaxy S-series phones expected to hit the market in early March. The event is anticipated to showcase the Galaxy S26 lineup, including potential upgrades to the standard and Plus models with a 50MP ultrawide camera. The Galaxy S26 Ultra might feature a sleeker design with curvier corners and an improved 200MP main camera sensor capable of capturing significantly more light.
Beyond the flagship phones, Samsung is also expected to reveal new consumer tech. This includes redesigned Galaxy Buds 4 and their Pro variant, possibly featuring a flat stem design. There's also a chance for a teaser of Samsung's smart AI glasses, a wearable device developed in partnership with fashion brands. The event may also introduce One UI 8.5, bringing enhanced AI features and improved user experience elements.
The Galaxy S26 series will likely feature different processors based on region, with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for the US and China, and Exynos 2600 for other markets. The Exynos 2600 chipset is speculated to include a faster NPU. Samsung's live stream for the event will be available on its website and YouTube.
