Disney is reportedly taking legal action against Google, having sent a cease-and-desist letter alleging widespread copyright infringement through Google's AI models. The entertainment conglomerate asserts that Google's technology is violating its intellectual property rights on a "massive scale."

The core of the dispute lies with Google's advanced AI model, internally codenamed nano banana pro, which enables users to generate highly realistic images. This capability has raised significant alarms among copyright holders, leading to a surge in legal challenges against AI development firms.
