Corvex Lands NVIDIA Blackwell Deal, Boosting AI Capacity

Corvex has entered into a significant multi-year agreement for NVIDIA Blackwell GPU infrastructure, bolstering its AI capacity and strengthening its partnership with NVIDIA. This expansion includes advanced networking and dedicated storage solutions.

The newly deployed infrastructure features NVIDIA HGX B200 systems interconnected via Quantum-2 InfiniBand, ensuring rapid communication between computing units. High-speed storage and central processing units have also been integrated to support large-scale workloads.

Corvex achieved a remarkable feat by completing the installation and commissioning of the liquid-cooled GPU systems in approximately two weeks. This rapid deployment bypasses the typical multi-quarter delays associated with data center conversions, enabling faster access to advanced computing resources.

The expansion was financed through a combination of debt, customer prepayments, and existing cash reserves, a strategy that preserved existing ownership levels. This arrangement provides Corvex with a steady revenue base and underscores the growing demand for Blackwell systems in large-scale computing projects.
