Circular has launched its Series 3 smart ring, boasting enhanced features for health and convenience. The new ring integrates NFC payment capabilities, compatible with Visa and MasterCard, allowing for contactless transactions. It also includes a vibration motor for silent alarms and reminders, a feature returning from the first-generation model.
The Series 3 ring significantly improves battery life, now lasting up to 12 days. It continues to offer familiar features like sleep and activity tracking, blood pressure, and glucose trend monitoring. A standout feature is the single-line ECG for heart health, alongside its titanium construction and 50-meter water resistance.
Two models are available: the Ring 3 Pro and the Ring 3 Slim. The Pro model is 6.8mm wide and 2.78mm thick, while the Slim model is thinner at 5.9mm wide and 2.35mm thick, weighing roughly half as much. The Slim model, however, omits the ECG and haptic motor. Both models will come with a 700mAh charging case. Pricing and availability details are expected in the coming months.
