bHaptics Upgrades VR Gloves, Prices Soar for Gamers
17 Jun
Summary
- New DK3 gloves add haptic motors to the palm for enhanced feedback.
- A new, larger VCM motor on the wrist offers a 'crispier' tactile experience.
- Prices for bHaptics' VR accessories, including vests and gloves, have increased.

At AWE 2026, bHaptics introduced the DK3 version of its TactGlove lineup, featuring new haptic motors located at the bottom of the palm to improve immersion. Gamers had previously noted a lack of feedback intensity beyond the fingers until the wrist. These new palm motors, along with a larger and 'crispier' VCM motor on the top of the wrist, aim to address this.
The enhanced haptic feedback was noticeable during a spaceship demonstration, which felt more immersive, particularly in the right hand. Despite the hardware improvements, bHaptics' VR accessories have experienced price increases since last year. The TactSuit Pro vest is now $565, up from $499, and the TactStuit Air is $320, up from $249.
The updated DK3 gloves themselves are priced at $385, a significant increase from older versions, with other specifications remaining largely the same. All of bHaptics' updated gear is currently available for purchase.
