Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has launched its Version 4.4 update for Android users via the Google Play Store. This significant update introduces a brand-new "Hero's Crown" themed mode, bringing a floating island to the game. This new location serves as a challenging drop point where players can gain an extra chance to recall fallen teammates.
The update also revamps existing areas with mythology-themed combat arenas, featuring giant marble temples and ancient battleground aesthetics. Popular spots like Ruins and Ferry Pier have received substantial visual upgrades. Players can now engage in thrilling experiences with Sun Chariots and tackle new boss fights for rare loot.
KRAFTON initiated a phased rollout to manage server load, with full availability for Android users expected by 11:30 AM IST today. iOS users will receive the update later through the Apple App Store. The update includes new combat trials like Spartan's, Icarus', and Achilles' Trials, offering temporary boosts and strategic advantages.
