Sennheiser's new BTA1 TV transmitter is designed to connect Auracast-compatible headphones with nearly any television. Unlike older systems that use radio frequencies or 2.4-GHz signals, the BTA1 supports the newer Auracast standard. The transmitter features a comprehensive set of inputs, including HDMI ARC, optical, 3.5-mm, and USB, ensuring compatibility with various TV generations. It also includes a USB-C port for charging headphones.
