A product designer in Bengaluru has successfully leveraged artificial intelligence to streamline the typically time-consuming process of searching for a new home. Facing the daunting task of manual listing review, he developed a custom AI workflow using the tool Comet. This system automated repetitive search functions, significantly improving efficiency.

The AI solution meticulously scanned various Facebook groups dedicated to flat and flatmate listings. It specifically filtered for 'no brokerage' options posted recently and automatically removed irrelevant or spam content. Furthermore, the system calculated commute times from potential properties to frequently visited locations, providing valuable data for decision-making.

This AI-driven approach yielded remarkable results, reducing the need for extensive property visits. Out of an initial 20 leads, the designer only conducted four physical viewings, ultimately securing his finalized home.
