Zay Flowers: Questionable No More for Falcons Showdown
11 Oct
Summary
- Zay Flowers is expected to play against the Falcons despite a foot injury.
- Flowers has overcome a questionable tag in previous weeks.
- He is a strong fantasy starter due to his performance and favorable matchup.
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers is anticipated to play in Sunday night's game against the Atlanta Falcons, despite being listed as questionable with a foot injury. This follows a pattern from the previous two weeks where Flowers successfully played through similar injury designations.
ESPN's Adam Schefter and Jamison Hensley both reported Flowers' expected availability. The official confirmation will come on Sunday night when the Ravens release their list of inactive players. Fantasy football managers are advised to keep Flowers in their flex lineup as a precaution against any last-minute scratch.
Flowers has proven to be a valuable fantasy asset, averaging more fantasy points per contest than most receivers through the first four games. The matchup against the Falcons is particularly favorable, as Atlanta ranks poorly in fantasy points allowed to wideouts and will be without their No. 1 cornerback, A.J. Terrell, who is on injured reserve.
