He collapsed mid-match on Saturday, September 5, at Mr. Small's Theatre in Millvale, Pennsylvania, during Enjoy Wrestling's Five-Year Anniversary show.
Witnesses reported that Williams' legs buckled, leading to his collapse and loss of consciousness. Emergency responders were immediately on the scene. Ringside paramedics administered chest compressions and utilized a defibrillator to provide critical care.
Following the incident, Williams was placed in an ambulance and transported to Allegheny General Hospital. Enjoy Wrestling canceled the remainder of the show and issued a statement confirming the immediate medical attention provided by their staff doctors. Williams, aged 48, was also part of the metalcore group Atomic Rule.
