WNBA Star Kysre Gondrezick Shifts Approach to Finding "Partnership" After Breakups

As of November 13th, 2025, WNBA free agent Kysre Gondrezick is reflecting on her past relationships and shifting her approach to dating. Gondrezick's last two relationships, with Milwaukee Bucks player Kevin Porter Jr. and Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown, were highly publicized but ultimately short-lived or tumultuous.

In a recent podcast appearance, Gondrezick admitted she is "very much single" now and said she is in a new phase of her "womanhood," where she is being more intentional about finding a "partnership" rather than just casual relationships. Despite her off-court challenges, Gondrezick remains focused on her basketball career. After being released by the Chicago Sky last season, she decided to participate in Athletes Unlimited this year, driven by her "love for competition and the game." This marks the first time Gondrezick has played in a professional league since leaving the Sky.

Gondrezick has also achieved a historic milestone, becoming the first Black athlete to appear in Playboy magazine. This latest achievement underscores her multifaceted talents and interests beyond just basketball.
