The WNBA Finals best-of-seven series continues tonight, October 21, 2026, with Game 3 shifting to Atlanta. The Atlanta Dream will host the Golden State Valkyries at State Farm Arena. The series is currently tied 1-1 after the first two games in San Francisco.
Fans can catch the action nationally on USA Network and NBC, with streaming coverage provided by Peacock. The game is scheduled to tip off at 8 p.m. Eastern Time. This matchup follows a previous controversy regarding the WNBA's decision to waive national anthem rules, a move that has drawn criticism from figures like Sage Steele.
Steele expressed concern that the players' actions during the anthem could alienate fans and negatively impact the league's future. The league previously suspended anthem rules in 2017 to promote unity, and these rules have remained waived. Game 1 saw the Valkyries win 68-64, while Game 2 concluded with the Dream victorious at 79-65.
