The Wisconsin Badgers have secured a significant commitment for their Class of 2027, with four-star shooting guard Baboucarr Ann announcing his decision to join the program. Ann, who made four visits to Iowa State, ultimately chose Wisconsin over eight offers, including bids from Big 12 rivals like West Virginia, Oklahoma State, and Arizona State.
This commitment adds to Wisconsin's highly-ranked Class of 2027, which now includes three four-star recruits. Despite the loss of Ann, Iowa State's recruiting efforts for 2027 remain robust. Head coach T.J. Otzelberger has already secured commitments from three highly-rated four-star players, positioning the Cyclones with the No. 3-ranked class nationally and No. 1 in the Big 12.
