However, with players like Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner becoming healthier, Carter Jr. feels the team is entering a strong period. The Magic aim to advance past the first round of the playoffs for the first time since the 2009-10 season.

Carter Jr. has invested his NBA earnings into technology, wellness, and performance-focused brands, including NoBull, SpaceX, and Therabody. He began seriously investing around his third or fourth year in the league to ensure financial security for future generations.
