Just One Viking in Top 100: Jefferson Leads Pack
30 Jun
Summary
- Justin Jefferson ranked #8 in the top 100 players.
- Jefferson is the sole Minnesota Viking on the list.
- Division rivals have multiple players featured.
As the NFL offseason progresses towards the 2026 season, new player rankings are emerging. According to a recent assessment, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson is the only player from the team to be included in the league's top 100.
Jefferson is ranked #8 overall. This placement acknowledges his talent, even after a statistically less dominant 2025 season where he surpassed 1,000 receiving yards only in the final regular-season game. His former LSU teammate, Ja'Marr Chase, is ranked higher at #4.
The absence of other Vikings on this prestigious list is notable. Their NFC North rivals fare significantly better: the Detroit Lions have six players, the Chicago Bears have three, and the Green Bay Packers have two. This disparity reflects the Vikings' offensive challenges and a lack of standout defensive performances in the past season.
Despite the current limited representation, there is optimism that the Vikings will feature more players on similar lists in future seasons. This suggests a potential for improvement and increased individual accolades within the team.
