The UMass Minutemen, with an unblemished 3-0 record, are set to face the Sacramento State Hornets this Saturday. Sacramento State enters the matchup with a 1-3 record in their inaugural season competing at the FBS level. The Hornets are still striving for their first victory against an FBS opponent. This game is a milestone for Sacramento State, as they will host a Mid-American Conference (MAC) team for the very first time. Meanwhile, UMass aims to secure a road victory to commence their conference play and preserve their undefeated streak.
