- The positive test occurred on February 21, leading to a result overturn.
- Idiris admitted to using the substance to aid in making weight.

Alibi Idiris, a UFC flyweight, is facing a one-year suspension after testing positive for a banned substance. The independent drug testing agency, Combat Sports Anti-Doping (CSAD), announced the ban for hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic prohibited by the UFC.
The positive sample was collected on February 21, the same date as Idiris's unanimous decision victory over Ode Osbourne at UFC Houston. Consequently, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has overturned the bout's result to a No Contest.
Idiris, who competed on season 33 of The Ultimate Fighter, acknowledged using the diuretic to assist with making weight for the fight. Despite his cooperation, CSAD imposed the 12-month suspension due to the seriousness of knowingly using such a substance during fight week. He will be eligible to return on February 21, 2027.
