UFC Fight Night 276, scheduled for May 16, will feature a new strawweight bout between Alice Ardelean and Polyana Viana. This event will be held at the UFC's home venue in Las Vegas. The booking was recently confirmed by individuals familiar with the matchup, though not yet officially announced by the promotion.

Alice Ardelean, known for her social media popularity, brings a 11-7 professional record to the cage, with a 2-2 record in the UFC. After an initial 0-2 start in the organization, Ardelean has secured two consecutive unanimous decision victories. Polyana Viana, holding a 13-8 MMA record, will be looking to halt a three-fight losing streak.

Viana's upcoming fight will mark her return after approximately 13 months away from competition. She has been a part of the UFC roster since February 2018 and has notable wins against fighters like Mallory Martin and Jinh Yu Frey.
