Tyler Herro Lists $12M Florida Estate

Tyler Herro, a prominent NBA player, has placed his luxurious South Florida home on the market for sale. The contemporary residence, located in the village of Pinecrest, is listed at just under $12 million. Herro originally acquired the property in 2022 for $10.5 million.

The expansive estate sits on nearly an acre and boasts over 9,000 square feet of living space. Inside, the home features grand-scale entertaining areas with soaring ceilings and walls of glass. A sculptural fireplace separates formal living and dining rooms, while a sleek kitchen includes a stone-topped waterfall island.

Additional amenities include a private movie theater and a secluded primary suite with elevator access, a custom dressing room, and a spacious travertine-clad bathroom. The property also offers eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a powder room, alongside a backyard playset, lawn, swimming pool, and a covered summer kitchen.

Herro's decision to sell comes after a blockbuster trade in June, which sent him from the Milwaukee Bucks to the Miami Heat. He was drafted by the Heat in 2019 and was named the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year in 2022.
