Tua Tagovailoa to Vikings? QB's Future Uncertain

Tua Tagovailoa's tenure with the Miami Dolphins has been marked by a significant decline in production, largely attributed to recurrent concussions over the past three years. His performance suffered to the extent that he was benched at the close of the 2025 season, fueling discussions about a potential team change.

Adding to the uncertainty, Miami coach Mike McDaniel has also left the franchise. This development intensifies rumors surrounding Tagovailoa's departure from South Florida. Reports indicate that the Minnesota Vikings are actively considering Tagovailoa as a potential acquisition for the 2026 season.

While the Vikings are exploring various quarterback options, including Murray and Smith, Tagovailoa remains on their radar, alongside Cousins. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler suggests Tagovailoa could be a valuable addition for the Vikings, who are in urgent need of a reliable passer.
