Titans' Season on the Line: Ward Under Pressure
18 Oct
Summary
- Titans face the Colts in a critical Week 6 AFC South matchup.
- Quarterback Cam Ward must improve after a poor performance last week.
- The game is nationally broadcast on FOX and available via streaming.
The Tennessee Titans are heading into a pivotal Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, desperately needing a victory to keep their season alive in the AFC South. This follows a discouraging 26-3 loss to the Houston Texans in their previous game, marking a low point for the team.
All eyes are on quarterback Cam Ward, whose performance has come under intense scrutiny. Despite previous assurances from Coach Saleh regarding his starting position, Ward is under significant pressure to elevate his play, especially in this crucial divisional game. Last week, he recorded only 170 passing yards with one interception and no touchdowns, while facing four sacks.
Fans can tune into the contest nationally on FOX, with local broadcasts available on WZTV FOX 17. Streaming options include NFL+ and FOX One. Given the Titans' recent struggles and their precarious position in the division, a strong performance from Ward is essential as they face a Colts offense that has demonstrated the ability to score over 30 points multiple times this year.
